A collective of experienced Edinburgh-based designer-makers offering creative workshops and classes to suit all levels. Whether you want to spend a day making or immerse yourself in a longer course learning specialist techniques, we have something for everyone.

We are an energetic group of artisans each with a proven record as successful teachers bringing together students with diverse abilities while inspiring enthusiasm in the process and pride in the results.

Our various fields of expertise are: ceramics, jewelry, glass, metal-smithing, millinery, mosaics, printed textiles, stitched textiles and weaving.

Our aim is to keep the vital skills of craft alive by providing quality classes from our studios located around Edinburgh. Each of us offers a different discipline and range of workshops and we set out to give the best creative classes to those who want to try something new or expand their existing skills.

We believe that making by hand is a fundamental part of who we are as humans, bringing a unique sense of achievement and satisfaction. Joining one of our friendly, accessible classes and learning in a relaxed setting with practitioners at the top of their field, is a great way discover your potential or delve deeper into a field which has already sparked your interest.
